    Healing Fragrances Aromatherapy School was founded in the year 2002  The mission to teach professional, up-to-date courses in Aromatherapy. 
    The importance of safe use essential oils and knowledge from of the most current researched materials were crucial to prepare students to meet the growing demand for professional aromatherapy and become experts in their field.
    Graduates of the Healing Fragrances have taken their skills in Aromatherapy and utilized them as a sole profession in the Clinical Care environments, Skincare and cosmetics, Aromatherapy Formulators or have integrated Aromatherapy successfully into their main careers.  Students have also gained the confidence to create opportunities in facilitating and conducting workshops and seminars on a variety of topics in Aromatherapy and the use of essential oils.

      BECOMING A GRADUATE

      By graduating through our online course.
      You will become a Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional, recognized by the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapist, with the knowledge of using essential oils and carrier oils in a clinical based environment.
      You will be qualified to offer a professional holistic assessment of your client’s health and well-being to ensure the safe use of essential oils and to achieve the highest benefits from the essential oils.
      You will gain the confidence to facilitate and conduct workshops in Aromatherapy and be able to offer your clients guidance on lifestyle changes by using essential oils and natural products.

      Upon completing the course you will be eligible for the required insurance for practicing Aromatherapy, also recognized by Toronto Licensing Board and the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists.
      Revenue Canada recognizes tuition fees and education tax credits for certification from Healing Fragrances School of Aromatherapy.

      The mission of the school is to teach professional, up-to-date Courses in Aromatherapy and other certified educational courses in the field of Natural Health and well-being.Knowledge of the most current researched materials, combined with practical hands-on experience, will assist students in their goal towards becoming a Professional Health Practitioner in Aromatherapy. Aromatherapy Professional Certification Course.
      The following information contains the course out line for 450 hours. Healing Fragrances Aromatherapy program in collaboration with the CFA core curriculum. Healing Fragrances School of Aromatherapy Certificate Program offers a program that will teach an in-depth study of Aromatherapy.

       

       

      Course Requirements:

      1. Essential Oil Data Cards: Essential Oil Data cards that include informational data on 65 essential oils
      2. Physiological & Treatment Data Cards: Reference cards pertaining to Aromatherapy treatment for physiological
      3. 30 clinical case studies: 30 Aromatherapy consultations that include assessments, essential oils used, and application of Aromatherapy. Student must have a second visit, in order receive feedback from client.
      4. 2000 word Term Paper Based on Aromatherapy Researched Study: that pertains to the community or other occupations (e.g. in the field of education, palliatives care workers, mid-wifery etc.) to acquire expertise in the field of Aromatherapy.
      Upon completion of assignments and full attendance of program the student will be prepared to complete the program with:1. Healing Fragrances School/Review Exam(Anatomy, Physiology and Aromatherapy.2. CFA exam

      A full study of anatomy and physiology alongside with the therapeutic applications of essential oils for different systems and the pathologies associated with them.
